These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thehighprofile.com, which is operated by The High Profile Strategy LLC. By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility and applications
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application or use our services. Some events are limited to guests 21 or older, as stated in the invitation.
We work with clients by application or referral. Some clients come to us through a referral and may not need to complete a full application. Whether you apply or are referred, we decide at our discretion whether we are a good fit, and neither guarantees acceptance. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that any photos you upload are of you, and that you have the right to share them. Applying, being referred, booking a consultation, or using this website does not make you a client. A client relationship begins only when you sign a client agreement with us.
Text messages
If you provide your phone number, we may text you about your application and scheduled meetings, including automated reminders. We do not send marketing texts. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, emailing contact@thehighprofile.com, or telling any member of our team. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile information.
Our services
We offer personal styling, professional photography, and dating strategy coaching under a separate client agreement, which sets out fees, scope, scheduling, cancellations, and refunds. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls.
Results and expectations
Our work is designed to help you show up as your best self and date with clarity and confidence. Dating also depends on chemistry, timing, and choices that belong to you and the people you meet, so we can’t promise any specific outcome, including matches, dates, relationships, or marriage.
Our coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Our blog and other website content are for general education, not personalized advice. Testimonials reflect the experiences of clients our team has worked with, shared with their permission, and individual results vary.
Safety and events
You are responsible for your own decisions and safety when dating, meeting people, and attending events. We do not perform background checks on people you meet through dating apps, social media, or our events.
Event invitations are not guaranteed, and attending an event requires signing a separate event agreement. Some events are 21+ only, and we may ask for valid ID at the door. We may refuse or remove anyone whose behavior is inappropriate or unsafe.
Using this website
You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false information or someone else’s photos, impersonating another person, interfering with the site’s operation, or copying content from it by automated means. We may restrict access for anyone who misuses the site.
All content on this website, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and the name The High Profile, belongs to The High Profile Strategy LLC or its licensors. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without written permission. The site may link to third-party websites and use third-party services, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is” for general information, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The High Profile Strategy LLC and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your dating experiences. Our total liability for any claim related to this website will not exceed $100. Liability for services is governed by your client agreement.
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms. This may be needed because of changes in the law, changes in our business practices, or the introduction of new services. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will show when they were made. If we make a material change, we will notify clients by email. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.
If we do not enforce any part of these Terms right away, we have not given up our right to enforce it later. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any client agreement you sign with us, make up the full agreement between you and The High Profile Strategy LLC regarding this website.
