The High Profile (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by The High Profile Strategy LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website, submit an application, or work with us. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
From you, in your application or while working with us:
Contact details: full name, email address, phone number, and city and state
Background: age, occupation, and annual income range
Dating information: your preferences, goals, relationship history, and what you would like to improve
Styling information: your hair, wardrobe, and style preferences
Photos you upload and photos taken during sessions with our team
Anything else you choose to tell us in open-ended answers, emails, texts, or calls
Referral information, if someone referred you
Payment information, which our payment provider processes. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
If someone refers you to us, we may receive your name and contact details from them.
Automatically, when you visit our website: device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location based on IP address, and referring links.
Some of what you share, such as dating preferences, relationship history, and photos, is personal and sensitive. We use it to evaluate fit and to tailor styling, photography, and coaching to you.

Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your application and scheduled meetings. This includes automated appointment reminders sent through our scheduling and client management platform, as well as direct messages from our team members about logistics, questions, and check-ins. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any automated message and it takes effect right away, or email contact@thehighprofile.com or tell any member of our team and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help. We do not share your mobile information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that send messages on our behalf.
Event invitations
We may email invitations to in-person events to current and past clients and to others we choose to invite. Invitations are not sent to everyone who applies. Every invitation includes a way to opt out.
Who we share your information with
Your information stays within The High Profile team, which includes our founders, coaches, stylists, photographers, and contractors who work with clients on our behalf. Everyone on our team is bound by confidentiality.
We also use service providers to run our business. They process information only to provide services to us. These include the platform that hosts our applications, client communications, and contracts; our payment provider; our website host; security tools that protect our forms from spam; and our email, text messaging, scheduling, file storage, and analytics providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
We do not share your information with other clients, event attendees, matchmakers, or dating services without your permission. We will not use photos of you, your name, or your story in marketing, testimonials, or social media without your separate written consent.
How long we keep your information
If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterward for business, tax, and legal purposes. If your application is not accepted, we keep it only as long as needed for our business records, and we will delete it at any time if you ask.
How we protect your information
We limit access to the team members who need it, and we use reputable providers with industry-standard security. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
Our website and the tools it uses, such as forms and spam protection, may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
Visitors outside the United States
The High Profile is based in the United States and offers its services only within the United States. If you visit our website or contact us from another country, your information may be stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct information that is inaccurate, delete your information (including your application and photos), or stop sending you texts, emails, or event invitations.
To make a request, email contact@thehighprofile.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing a request, and we will respond within 45 days. We may keep certain records where the law requires it, such as for tax purposes. We will never treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor requests as those laws require.
Age requirement
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
