Dani Geary
Dani has worked with over 500 clients on dating confidence and online dating profile strategy, and has worked inside one of the world’s leading luxury global matchmaking companies. Few coaches have real, hands-on experience at both extremes of how modern dating actually works, the fully human, high-touch world of matchmaking, and the algorithmic, high-volume world of dating apps. Dani has done both.
That dual perspective is the foundation of how she coaches. She’s seen firsthand what makes a matchmaker confidently put two people together, and she’s seen exactly what makes an app profile perform in a feed of thousands of others. Most dating advice comes from just one side of that divide. Dani’s approach draws from both, treating online presence and in-person presence as equally important, because in today’s dating landscape, they are.

Marcos Geary
Marcos is a photographer and creative director with over a decade of experience shooting fashion editorial and boutique hospitality work across San Francisco, New York City, and Shanghai. He holds degrees in engineering and science from NYU Shanghai. His passion for business and design thinking shapes how he approaches image-making as a system: what works, why it works, and how to repeat it.
He co-founded a creative magazine in Shanghai, scouted models for top agencies in Northern California, and has photographed high-profile individuals across the country to refine their dating profiles. At The High Profile, he sets the creative and photographic direction behind the brand as a whole, from how shoots are conceived to how clients are presented.

Mike Schmidt
Mike Schmidt is a portrait photographer with more than two decades behind the camera. He holds a degree in fine art from the School of Visual Arts and studied photography across southern France and Shanghai, experiences that shaped the natural light approach at the center of his work today.
His work has been published by CNN, Getty Images, and The Washington Post, and has work featured in the permanent collection of the New York Historical Society. Schmidt has been named an annual winner by Photo District News in multiple consecutive years and was honored as Sony’s Emerging Photographer of the Year. At The High Profile, he brings an editorial and fine art background to portraiture for individuals.
Personal Stylist & Wardrobe consultant
Karla Guadron
Karla is a former software engineer turned fashion stylist who has styled hundreds of looks, from runways at Los Angeles and New York Fashion Weeks to brand campaigns, photoshoots, and personal styling clients. She was part of a six-stylist team that fit over 300 pilots in tailored suiting across a major airline’s five hubs.
From photoshoot sets to live broadcasts, she has honed an eye for how a look reads on camera as well as in a room, and her engineering background keeps her process precise from the first consult to the final fitting.
At The High Profile, Karla leads every wardrobe consultation and styling session, building each client’s look around who they already are rather than a generic idea of what dating well should look like.
